Fans were pleasantly surprised when Coachella 2026's highly anticipated dates were finally announced on the festival's website and social media accounts. The 2025 edition had just finished its second thrilling weekend of live music at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, when the announcement was made.

The announcement states that Coachella will make a comeback to its legendary location at the Empire Polo Club over two weekends in 2026, from April 10–12 and April 17–19.

While the full artist lineup is still under wraps, excitement is already building, especially with the festival's website offering early access to hotel packages. A call to action reads, “Stay tuned for pass details, payment plan info & more. Skip the wait. Hotel Packages available now.”

A variety of options are already available for visitors to the official Coachella website, such as distinct hotel packages for each weekend, shuttle transportation services and opulent safari camping packages, all of which can be booked online for a seamless experience.

On May 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM ET, advance ticket sales are scheduled to begin. Those keen to attend are encouraged to visit coachella.com to secure their bookings, subscribe to email updates, and even rewatch highlights from this year’s stellar performances via the festival’s YouTube channel.

Coachella, the premier music festival on the U.S. West Coast, lived up to its reputation in 2025. There will be a musical performance at the event. Musical heavyweights Lady Gaga, Green Day, and Post Malone were the event's main acts. Charli XCX, Travis Scott, Tyla, Megan Thee Stallion, Ed Sheeran, Sam Fender, Beth Gibbons, and Misfits were among the other notable performers. The international flavour of the lineup was enhanced by the solo performances of Lisa and Jennie from BLACKPINK.

A number of unexpected guest appearances were also enjoyed by the fans. While Queen's iconic guitarist Brian May stunned the audience by performing "Bohemian Rhapsody" with Benson Boone—a tribute to the late Freddie Mercury that left fans speechless—Charli XCX was joined on stage by Lorde, Billie Eilish, and Troye Sivan.
