K-pop band BTS' J-Hope wrapped up his mandatory military services in October 2024 and started working on his solo career. The singer dropped his song, Sweet Dreams, last month, and it has already broken all the records, achieving new milestones.
The track has notably earned the Best Music: Spring award at The Fact Music Awards 2025. The song also features Miguel.
The song garnered instant success soon after its release. BTS's J-Hope's Sweet Dreams garnered over 3.3 million streams on its first day and debuted as the 5th highest new entry on the global charts, marking a notable achievement.
Additionally, the song also made a strong debut on the Billboard Hot 100. The track notably earned the number 66 spot in the US. However, the song was notably loved by the worldwide audience, with fans globally streaming it in large numbers, paving the way for future success.
Sweet Dreams topped the iTunes charts in 79 countries within 19 hours of its release, including major markets like the US, UK, Japan, and Brazil, showcasing J-Hope's global fanbase loyalty and support.

The singer has also dropped his second solo song, MONA LISA, which also received critical acclaim.
Meanwhile, J-Hope’s latest achievement came after he concluded the North American leg of his Hope On The Stage world tour on April 6. He had performed in Brooklyn, Chicago, Mexico City, San Antonio, and Oakland during the first part of his debut solo tour. His North American gig saw sold-out concerts in many cities.
