The moment that BTS fans around the world have been dreaming of is finally here, after almost two years of waiting.

This June, the legendary seven-member group—RM, Jin, J-Hope, Suga, Jimin, V, and Jungkook—will finally return as a cohesive unit, capping a 2022 hiatus from military service.

The ARMYs, the group's loyal fan base, have been waiting impatiently for their reunion ever since they temporarily left to fulfil South Korea's mandatory military enlistment.

However, fans are thinking back to the last time the seven members stood as one before the comeback lights up the world stage once more.

At the Yet to Come in Busan concert, which was held at the Busan Asiad Main Stadium on October 15, 2022, the final OT7 performance took place.

Over 50,000 fans attended the free concert, which was organised to support the city's bid to host the 2030 World Expo. Millions more watched online.

BTS performed 19 of their greatest hits, including Mic Drop, Butter, Spring Day, Run BTS, and the moving song "Yet to Come," in an emotional farewell that was full of love and gratitude.

During the concert, group leader RM addressed the emotional crowd with a reassuring message: “This is not the end. It’s just a new beginning.” The event concluded with a stunning fireworks display, leaving fans with a bittersweet memory etched in their hearts.

Soon after, in December 2022, Jin became the first member to join, followed by Suga and J-Hope. RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook enlisted in the military in December 2023.

Now that Jin and J-Hope have been released, the other members will finish their service in the upcoming weeks, allowing BTS to get back together.

Through surprise livestreams, heartfelt letters, and solo releases, the members maintained their connection with ARMY even during their hiatus, demonstrating that their relationship with fans never waned.

The world is now eagerly awaiting BTS's next chapter, as their return is only a few days away.
