Dhurandhar is currently enjoying a successful run at the box office with the film’s songs captivating the audience. Singer Simran Choudhary, who sang Lutt Le Gaya, has shared her family's reactions to listening to her song on the big screen.
Simran took to her Instagram and shared a video of herself and her family from the theatres watching the film Dhurandhar. Alongside the video, she penned in the caption, “Thankyou @shashwatology @adityadharfilms.”
She talked about the song-making process and continued, “The song making process has been unreal. Great things happen when the intention is in place.”
Who is Simran Choudhary?
Simran Choudhary was born on September 27, 1996, in Chandigarh. She has also performed on stages all around the world as a vocalist with classical Hindustani training.
Simran began her career as a Voice of Punjab Season 6 finalist. Simran’s voice is renowned for its brilliance and melody. Simran made her television debut with her first song, "Bas Teri Aan," released in Punjabi in 2018.
Simran was also nominated for the PTC Punjabi Music Awards' Best Debutant category for this song. The singer competed on The Voice and was chosen for team Adnan Sami. The audience was captivated by Simran’s performance, singing, and stage presence. Later, she became well-known after placing second in The Voice India 2019.

The spy thriller Dhurandhar is based on the actual events of Operation Lyari in Pakistan and the purported involvement of Indian intelligence. Along with Rakesh Bedi and Sara Arjun, the film's main cast includes Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, and R Madhavan.
Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar features Ranveer Singh in the central role of Hamza Ali, an undercover operative planted inside the Pakistani mafia by IB chief Ajay Sanyal (R Madhavan). The film marks the first collaboration between Ranveer and Aditya.
