Veteran actor Satish Shah, one of India's most adored comedy stars, died on October 25, leaving the whole entertainment industry devastated. Many Bollywood and television celebrities attended a prayer meet held in Mumbai on Monday following a tearful farewell on Sunday, October 26.
The Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai cast and crew, including Rupali Ganguly, Sumeet Raghavan, Rajesh Kumar, J D Majethia, and Deven Bhojani, attended the tearful gathering and remembered the late actor, sharing beautiful memories and singing songs together.
However, Sonu Nigam also attended the prayer meet, and a video is going viral on social media. In the video, the singer is seen singing Tere Mere Sapne. He also offered a microphone to Satish Shah’s wife, Madhu, who also joined the singer and sang a few lines of the song.
Despite her own health issues, Madhu, Satish Shah's ailing wife, attended the prayer service, as seen in the widely shared video.
While there, she joined singer Sonu Nigam in a heartfelt performance of the timeless song Tere Mere Sapne as a tribute to her late husband. According to reports, the late actor loved the song.
