Actor Saif Ali Khan, who is currently gearing up for his next film Haiwaan alongside Akshay Kumar, is reportedly set to feature in an upcoming project with actor Pulkit Samrat.
According to reports, the two will collaborate on filmmaker Sneha Taurani’s upcoming directorial venture, produced by Ramesh Taurani’s Tips Industries. While the film’s title is yet to be finalised, the team has already held the muhurat ceremony to mark the beginning of the project.
As reported by Pinkvilla, the muhurat shoot took place on October 27. Ramesh Taurani, a veteran producer and co-founder of Tips Industries, has been a significant name in the Hindi film industry for decades.
His daughter Sneha Taurani, who is now stepping behind the camera once again, has previously contributed to popular films such as Ranbir Kapoor’s Wake Up Sid and Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani. She made her directorial debut with Bhangra Paa Le, a musical comedy-drama starring Sunny Kaushal and Rukshar Dhillon.
Meanwhile, Pulkit Samrat is currently in the spotlight for his upcoming film Rahu Ketu, directed by Vipul Vig. The movie also stars Shalini Pandey and Varun Sharma and is being produced by Zee Studios.
Rahu Ketu is expected to hit theatres later in 2025. In addition to his film commitments, Pulkit will soon make his OTT debut with Netflix’s original series Glory.
On the other hand, Saif Ali Khan will next be seen in Haiwaan, directed by Priyadarshan and co-starring Akshay Kumar. The film marks Saif and Akshay’s reunion on screen after 17 years, adding to the anticipation surrounding the project.
Haiwaan, featuring some of the industry’s top actors and helmed by a director celebrated for his mastery of both comedy and drama, is among the most awaited releases of the year. With Priyadarshan’s signature storytelling style and a stellar ensemble cast, the film promises an entertaining and immersive cinematic experience. Actress Saiyami Kher plays the female lead in the project.
