In the most recent episode of the talk show Two Much, which is hosted by Twinkle Khanna and Kajol, Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar displayed their typical warmth and charm.

The two actors opened up about their marriage, families, and behind-the-scenes lives, revealing a more intimate side to themselves than their celebrity personas.

Saif talked candidly about his marriage to Kareena Kapoor Khan, acknowledging that they have their share of arguments like any other couple. The counsel he once got from his father, the renowned cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, was particularly noteworthy.

Saif shared, “He told me, ‘I just think about playing cricket or something during the argument. And I don't say anything.’ He said, ‘Listen.’ Looks like you're listening.” It was a simple yet heartfelt insight on handling conflict with patience and understanding, and it clearly stuck with him.

Akshay chimed in with his own take on marriage, especially when it comes to dealing with his wife Twinkle’s fiery spirit. He said, “She is fire. I am water. She says whatever she wants to. I just keep myself calm and quiet. Just listen and try to understand what she’s trying to say.”

He added with a smile, “Do whatever you want, but listen. I think every husband should be a good listener.” Their easy banter and genuine reflections made the conversation feel warm and relatable, reminding viewers that even celebrities navigate everyday challenges in love and life.

Beginning in 2007 while Tashan was being filmed, Saif and Kareena's romance swiftly rose to prominence as one of Bollywood's most cherished love tales.

They tied the knot in a private ceremony in Mumbai in October 2012. Saif was earlier married to actress Amrita Singh, with whom he shares two children—Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. With Kareena, he now has two sons: Taimur and Jehangir.

On the professional front, Saif recently starred in the Netflix thriller Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins, alongside Jaideep Ahlawat, Kunal Kapoor, and Nikita Dutta. Directed by Kookie Gulati and Robbie Grewal, the film has been streaming since April 25.

He’s also gearing up for Haiwaan, directed by Priyadarshan, which reunites him with Akshay Kumar and features Saiyami Kher. It’s clear that while both actors are juggling busy careers, they’re also finding time to share moments of honesty and humour about life’s ups and downs.boll
