Rajesh Kumar shares the selfie Satish Shah sent him, writes "Dad you are a liar"

Veteran actor Satish Shah, beloved for his role in Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, passed away on Saturday due to kidney failure. His co-star Rajesh Kumar shared a heartfelt last selfie of the actor on Instagram, paying tribute with the emotional message, “Rest in Humour, Dad.”

Veteran actor Satish Shah, who rose to fame with Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, recently passed away on Saturday after a kidney failure. His passing has left a void in the entertainment industry.

However, Rajesh Kumar, who played his son Rosesh Sarabhai in the iconic TV show, has recently shared the last mirror selfie that Satish Shah had shared with him.

Rajesh took to his Instagram and shared a selfie with the note, “We spoke over this look of yours couple of days back.. dad you are a liar you said you will be back in smtime never knew that you will show us your back and leave us like this..”



He added, “I miss you..I am sorry I delayed our meeting.. only if.. you know you have changed the RIP into RIH forever..REST IN HUMOUR DAD.. Will try to smile like you always."

He captioned the post, “Will try not to cry.. thanks for being YOU with ME .. LOVE YOU AND ALWAYS LOVE YOU.”

Rajesh’s latest post followed an emotional tribute he paid to Satish Shah after his passing. Rajesh, who shared a deep personal bond with Satish Shah, described him as a mentor, guide, and “father figure.”

He wrote on his Instagram, “This is the worst hour for me. I still cannot process that Satish ji is no more. All I can say is that it feels I have lost my father.”

Rajesh added, “A man full of life and humour. Challenging everything. Made his name, left his mark as an actor. This is a big, big loss to the industry and us (Sarabhai’s family). Let’s pray for his departed soul and keep him in your prayers.”

He concluded his tribute by writing, “RIP Kaka.”

The cherished actor passed away from septic shock, according to the medical certificate, leaving an indelible hole in Indian entertainment.
