Priyanka Chopra celebrates Diwali with Nick Jonas and daughter Malti; introduces festival’s joy to Malti’s friends

The actress posted a number of pictures from her private Diwali celebration with her mother Madhu Chopra, daughter Malti Marie, husband Nick Jonas, and close friends.

Priyanka Chopra is enjoying some precious time with her family and friends this festive season. She made sure to celebrate Diwali in true traditional style and gave her daughter Malti’s friends a beautiful taste of the festival’s joy.

The actress posted a number of pictures from her private Diwali celebration with her mother Madhu Chopra, daughter Malti Marie, husband Nick Jonas, and close friends.

Nick looked sophisticated in a beige outfit, while Priyanka looked stunning in a red ethnic ensemble. With little Malti by their side, the couple can be seen performing the Lakshmi Puja in the photos. Another adorable picture perfectly captures the spirit of the festival as Priyanka assists Malti in adding colours to rangoli stencils.

Sharing the photos, Priyanka wrote, “A little bit of this and so much of that. This Diwali was full of heart and love. Sharing this festival with people who haven’t discovered its beauty was the highlight this year. Especially Malti’s friends. Happy Diwali to everyone celebrating. May this new year bring you love, joy, prosperity, and happiness.”

Along with cute photos of Malti and her friends playing and having a good time, the post also featured multiple group photos of Priyanka and Nick posing with their Diwali party pals. Nick, Priyanka, and Malti were pictured together in a beautiful family photo.

Priyanka had previously shared another photo from Malti's Diwali celebration, showing off her daughter's adorable little tattoo. Malti wore a yellow skirt and top in the picture, and her hair was pulled back in bunches. Standing with her back to the camera, she had a beautiful tattoo on her arm and was holding a toy in one hand.

Malti’s friends, dressed in colorful ethnic outfits, were also seen beside her, while the room was beautifully decorated with flower garlands. Sharing the moment, Priyanka wrote, “Malti’s Diwali party was lit....” adding fire and lamp emojis.

On the professional front, Priyanka was last seen in the action thriller Heads of State alongside Idris Elba and John Cena. Up next, she will be seen in SS Rajamouli’s much-awaited film starring Mahesh Babu.
