Paps claim Ranbir Kapoor team calls them

A newly surfaced video of Ranbir Kapoor outside Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Mumbai office has stirred up quite a buzz online, reopening conversations about the actor’s equation with the paparazzi.

Ranbir was arriving to shoot for his upcoming film Love And War, but what unfolded at the spot has now become a talking point—especially after the recent release of Netflix’s Dining With The Kapoors, where his family openly chatted about their interactions with the media.

In the viral clip, the photographers appear genuinely irritated when Ranbir’s security team asks them to move aside, even though the paparazzi claim they were invited to capture his arrival.

One of them can be heard saying, "Arrey bhai bulaya hai kya kar rahe ho? Arrey message hum sab ke pass hai, aise kya kar rahe ho? (We have been called here. What are you doing? We all got a message about the same)."

The moment has reignited discussions about how the Kapoor family handles public attention—an issue made even more intriguing thanks to some contradicting comments from Dining With The Kapoors.

When asked, "Which Kapoor tips off the paparazzi," Karisma Kapoor casually replied, "All the Kapoors love the paparazzi." Kareena, however, took an entirely different stance, saying, "I don’t think we need to tip off the paparazzi. In fact, we tip them not to click us. We don’t want to be clicked."

Unsurprisingly, fans jumped in with their own opinions. One user wrote, "Dude it's so brutal to call people and then not give pictures," while another claimed, "His biggest pr stunt was claiming that he has no pr."

Ranbir has long been known for keeping his professional and personal life as low-key as possible.

Karan Johar once shed light on his hands-on style in an interview with Mid-Day, saying, "He (Ranbir) does one film at a time, he handles his own dates. There is no PR, there is no manager, there is nobody around him…" and went on to explain how self-managed the actor is.
