Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh has bought a new apartment in Lower Parel, Mumbai for whopping price of Rs 11.35 crore along with his father Nitin Mukesh.
The price of the apartment was according to the property registration documents reviewed buy Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration. The transaction of the house was registered in July 2025.
Mumbai's Lower Parel is a prestigious residential and business district that provides luxurious homes with convenient access to important business areas like Nariman Point and Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC).
Bollywood celebrities Abhishek Bachchan, Shahid Kapoor, and writer Amish Tripathi, as well as sports figure Zaheer Khan, have also made real estate investments in Lower Parel, according to Square Yards' review of IGR property registration documents.
The apartment is located in World One by Lodha Group, as per the Inspector General of Registration's (IGR) property registration documents, which Square Yards examined. Its RERA carpet area is approximately 2,044 square feet, or 189.89 square meters. Two parking spots for cars are also included in the deal. Along with Rs. 30,000 in registration fees, the transaction required a stamp duty payment of Rs. 68.10 lakh.
