The makers of Dhamaal 4, headlined by Ajay Devgn and Riteish Deshmukh, have officially announced a new release date for the much-awaited comedy. The film was initially slated to hit theatres during Eid 2026, but the release plan has now been revised.

According to multiple reports, the decision to push the release was taken to steer clear of a box-office clash with two major upcoming projects — Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2 and Yash’s Toxic. Putting an end to speculation, the Dhamaal 4 team has now formally confirmed that the film’s release has been postponed.

On Saturday, the makers revealed that Dhamaal 4 will now arrive in theatres on June 12, 2026, effectively avoiding competition with both Dhurandhar 2 and Toxic. The announcement was made through the official Instagram handle of T-Series, which shared a poster carrying the message, “Dhamaal Times. Breaking News. Dhamaal 4 in cinemas 12th June 2026. Ab Dhamaal bola hai toh karna hi padega. Stay tuned!”

Accompanying the poster, the caption read, “Jaldi bata rahein hain, phir Dhamaal machane bhi toh jaana hai Stay Tuned!”
