K-pop girl band BLACKPINK recently dropped their highly anticipated album, JUMP and it has already set new milestones. The album made its debut on Spotify and has achieved incredible success and creating a new streaming record.
The song has notably garnered a whopping 7.028 million streams on its debut, landing at No. 2 on Spotify's Global Chart. The song has notably become the second-highest new Entry. JUMP is just behind Justin Bieber’s DAISIES, which currently has 8.34 million streams.
BLACKPINK's JUMP has also become the biggest debut for a girl group and K-pop act on Spotify globally in 2025. The song has also surpassed the previous record set by Aespa's Dirty Work, which registered 1.83 million streams by nearly four times.
Additionally, BLACKPINK's latest song has become the biggest debut song for any female artist on Spotify in 2025, with a massive 9.3 million streaming record. This record has now surpassed Sabrina Carpenter's Manchild, which had 8.7 million streams.

BLINKS are celebrating the K-pop group’s milestone. The song became the K-pop idol group's third to bag the No. 1 on the chart, following 2022’s Pink Venom and Shut Down.
Besides this, BLACKPINK has also become the biggest gainer on the Global Spotify daily top artists chart, and jumped from 128 spots to #41.
The band features Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rosé, and they have recently made a comeback with their record-breaking JUMP after nearly a three-year musical hiatus. The K-pop band has recently kicked off their Deadline World Tour at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, which runs July 12-13.
