Rapper and singer Badshah unveiled his USA Unfinished Tour last night, following the sold-out Eagle Bank Arena, where over 10,000 fans gathered to watch an exciting blend of dance, music, and innovative production.
As soon as his trademark images appeared on stage, he climbed up on a hydraulic platform and began performing the hit song Daaku, which instantly electrified the audience. The most ever made for an Indian hip-hop tour was supported by a record-breaking $2 million investment.
Talking about the show, Badshah said, “Standing on that stage, hearing thousands sing along to my songs, this is exactly why the Unfinished Tour exists. We prove that music transcends borders when it comes from the heart, and this is only the beginning.”
International superstar Nora Fatehi made a surprise appearance at Badhsah’s show. The singer and actress’s energetic renditions of hits like Oh Mama Tetema and Garmi energised the arena.
Nora was also joined by Aastha Gill, who made her stage comeback after a five-year hiatus, performing a lively set of Bollywood-pop songs that had the crowd singing along. The duo’s collaboration highlighted an intercultural celebration in which the universal rhythm and energy of the moment overshadowed language.
Nora took to her Instagram and shared her experience of performing on the stage. She admitted that she felt nervous watching the roaring crowd outside the arena. She also suggested that the roaring was so intense it felt like an earthquake from the green room.
Nora also teased a surprise guest appearance by Badshah during her USA tour next year.
Badshah's North American tour continues with high-profile dates in New Jersey, the Bay Area, Seattle, Dallas, and Chicago, all of which are expected to feature the same extraordinary production that made the Virginia show a viral sensation, following previous triumphs in the U.K., UAE, and Canada.
The tour takes place at the same time as Badshah's entry into the world of high fashion, having just made history at Paris Men's Fashion Week and about to make history at New York Fashion Week. He is also continuing to expand his business portfolio, which includes the successful Badboy Pizza business.
