Babil Khan returns to Instagram after his emotional breakdown, says, "extremely misinterpreted"

Irrfan Khan’s son, Babil Khan, has recently made headlines after he had an emotional meltdown in a now-deleted video. The actor shared his frustration with Bollywood in the viral video and deleted his Instagram handle.

However, Babil has returned to Instagram and addressed his emotional outburst video. The actor took to his Instagram Story and clarified that his video was "extremely misinterpreted."

Babil Khan revealed in his post that he didn’t want to criticise the entertainment industry. He also shared that he was trying to express admiration for Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, Gourav Adarsh, Arjun Kapoor, Raghav Juyal and Arijit Singh for their contributions, not calling them rude.

Babil notably received support messages from industry professionals and re-shared their post to his Instagram stories.

He re-shared Kubbra Sait's post and wrote, “Thank you so much. The video was extremely misinterpreted, I was trying to show support to Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, Gourav Adarsh, Arjun Kapoor, Raghav Juyal, Arijit Singh."

The actor added, “I genuinely don't have the energy to indulge more but I do this as a responsibility for my peers that I truly admire.”

Babil also shared Raghav Jugal's support message and penned, "Bhai you are my icon, my idol and my elder brother that I never had." Reacting to Siddhant Chaturvedi's IG Story, he replied, "I love you brother."

Siddhant Chaturvedi also supported Babil and shared a video of the actor. While sharing Siddhant’s post, he wrote, “I love you brother,” adding a red heart emoji.
