Athiya Shetty, Varun Dhawan, Vivek Oberoi and other celebs express joy as team India wins Champions Trophy 2025

India ended a 12-year drought on Sunday, securing their record-extending third Champions Trophy title by defeating New Zealand by four wickets in the CT 2025 final at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Bollywood celebrities, including KL Rahul's wife and actress Athiya Shetty, took to social media to celebrate India's triumphant victory.

Athiya Shetty, wife of cricketer KL Rahul, celebrated India’s victory by sharing a special moment on her Instagram Story. She posted a picture of herself cheering in front of the TV, tagging KL Rahul and adding a red heart emoji.

As the couple eagerly awaits the arrival of their first child, Athiya's baby bump was visibly prominent in the heartfelt picture.

Actor Vivek Oberoi, who was in Dubai to witness the magic also shared a video of the entire stadium celebrated the win along with a note that read, "Oye hoye! 25 saal ka intezaar khatam! Aaj Rohit ki sheron ne New Zealand se Champions Trophy 2000 ka hisaab barabar kiya! Doston, yeh trophy toh humara haq tha, aur Team India ne na sirf trophy jeeti, balki Bharat ke logon ka dil bhi jeet liya. Rohit Sharma ne hamesha ki tarah misaal pesh ki. Team India ab Dubai International Cricket Stadium mein sabse zyada jeet pratishat ka record rakhti hai. Mera Bharat Mahan, Jai Hind!"
