He jokingly said, “Hum isliye bol rahen hain kyunki humari beti na usko toh baandh ke rakhna padta hai agar injection dena ho unko toh. Bhaag jaayengi warna toh woh,” which roughly translates to, "We’re saying this because our daughter, we have to literally tie her down to give her an injection, or she will run away." His lighthearted comment made everyone on the set burst into laughter.

Big B’s words were met with amusement as he highlighted how Shweta’s fear of injections is so intense that she can’t be trusted to stay still. He also mentioned that this fear is common among women, although some women in the audience playfully disagreed with his generalization.
