Allu Arjun wishes AA22xA6 director Atlee on his birthday with a throwback pic: 'Can't wait for everyone to experience your cinematic magic'

On Sunday, Allu Arjun posted a photo on his Instagram Stories with Atlee, showing them posing together in front of a display of iconic Hollywood action figures.

Filmmaker Atlee marked his 39th birthday on September 21. As several birthday wishes poured in for the Jawan director, actor Allu Arjun also shared his heartfelt message for Atlee on his special day by sharing a rare and unseen picture of the duo.

On Sunday, Allu Arjun posted a photo on his Instagram Stories with Atlee, showing them posing together in front of a display of iconic Hollywood action figures.

Along with the photo, the Pushpa actor wrote, "Happy Birthday to my dearest director @atlee47 garu. May abundance shower upon you. Wishing you all the joy, love, and prosperity. Can't wait for everyone to experience the cinematic magic you're creating”.

Allu Arjun and Atlee are set to collaborate on their upcoming film tentatively titled AA22xA6.

According to IANSlive, the upcoming film is a sci-fi action venture produced by Sun Pictures and marks the first collaboration between the two. Officially announced on Allu Arjun’s 43rd birthday in April, the project is being envisioned as a high-budget, pan-India spectacle featuring extensive VFX and global appeal. Deepika Padukone stars as the female lead in the film.

Taking to X, Atlee's wife Priya also shared a sweet birthday wish for her hubby. Sharing several pictures with Atlee and their son, Priya wrote in the caption, "Happy happy bday to my heart, my peace, my strength and my every thing. @Atlee_dir I still can’t believe how lucky I am to call you mine. You’ve given me a life full of love, laughter, and our precious little boy. Watching you be the amazing father and husband you are fills my heart in ways I can’t even explain."

Atlee is best known for his work with Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay in films such as Theri, Bigil and Mersal. He gained pan-India recognition after his Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Jawan in 2023. It became one of the highest-grossing films at the Indian box office ever and broke several records.
