After Nagarjuna's elder son, Naga Chaitanya, announced his wedding with actress Sobhita Dhulipala, it was time for his younger son to share the news of his engagement to Zainab Ravdjee. Nagarjuna shared the news of their engagement yesterday.

Once the post was shared, the couple received an outpouring of congratulatory messages. However, a segment of netizens took to trolling them over the significant age difference. In response, Akhil, who had shared the beautiful engagement photos, later turned off the comments section.

WHO IS ZAINAB RAVDJEE?

Zainab is an accomplished artist with roots in India, Dubai, and London. Her father, Zulfi Ravdjee, has strong connections to both the film industry and politics. He previously owned the iconic Odeon Theater in Hyderabad, which has since been transformed into a multiplex. Zainab's artistic talent, coupled with her rich heritage, makes her a wonderful addition to the Akkineni family.

HOW DID AKHIL AND ZAINAB RAVDJEE MEET?

Akhil and Zainab met during horse-riding practice and soon developed a deep connection. Despite their 9-year age gap—Akhil being 30 and Zainab 39—and coming from different faiths, the couple has faced trolling and criticism online for their relationship.

Telugu superstar Nagarjuna took to his social media to share the exciting news of his younger son's engagement.
