Ahan Shetty, who is currently preparing for his upcoming film Border 2, recently offered a heartwarming glimpse into his personal life on Instagram. The actor shared a touching moment featuring his niece, Evaarah—daughter of his sister Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul.

In the candid photos, Ahan is seen standing near a glass door, cradling baby Evaarah gently in his arms. The little one’s bib is sweetly positioned on his shoulder, suggesting a quiet and tender bonding time.

Dressed casually in a relaxed t-shirt, pyjamas, and white socks, Ahan appeared to be entirely at ease in his "mamu" duties.

He captioned the post simply yet affectionately: “On duty”, accompanied by a baby milk bottle emoji.

The post quickly garnered reactions from fans and family alike. Athiya Shetty responded with a heartfelt “Mamu” followed by a red heart emoji, clearly touched by the moment. Fans flooded the comments with admiration—one wrote, “Nice brother,” while another added, “Awwww so sweet.”

Even though his social media moment was endearing, Ahan has also been in the news for his career decisions. His father, veteran actor Suniel Shetty, recently told Times Now that Ahan's career took a turn for the worse after deciding to star in Border 2.

SunielShetty claims that because of his dedication to the patriotic drama, the young actor was passed over for other movie roles.

“I’ve never spoken about this before—this is the first time. Stories were made up because Ahan wanted to do Border, while others wanted their own films to be made. Everything was manipulated,” Suniel stated. He didn't hold back as he issued a strong warning to those allegedly working against his son: “If this escalates further, I will hold a press conference and expose everyone. Jinki dhajjiyan udani hai, uda dunga.”

Despite the difficulties, Ahan stays committed to his career and embraces his role as a loving uncle, winning people over both on and off screen.
