Singer Adnan Sami has recently expressed his displeasure with the Mumbai airport's Pranaam meet-and-greet service in one of his social media posts but the singer took it down later.
Adnan wrote about his awful experience on his X account on Saturday, May 31. He called the service slow, negligent, and badly run. He added that he had previously run into problems with them several times.
He wrote in the note, "Pranaam service at Mumbai airport has become the most inefficient, careless & lazy as hell service in all of India! They couldn’t care a damn for their clients!! Awful!! So many horrible experiences. Shameful. @CSMIA_Official needs to take serious note & pull Pranaam’s socks up – LIKE A LOT."
The Mumbai airport authorities then responded to his complaint and wrote, "Dear Mr Sami, thank you for writing to us. We are really concerned to hear this. We take your feedback very seriously and have communicated it to the concerned team for their attention. The comfort, safety and well-being of our passengers is our topmost priority. – Team CSMIA."
However, the singer then deleted the post a few moments later. The singer had not mentioned exactly what problems he faced.
