Aditi Rao Hydari, Arjun Rampal and Avinash Tiwari to star in Imtiaz Ali's next O Saathi Re, to stream on Netflix

After the massive success of Amar Singh Chamkila, Netflix is teaming up once again with filmmaker Imtiaz Ali for an intriguing new web series, O Saathi Re. This collaboration promises to delve into the complexities of modern human emotions, offering audiences a deeply engaging narrative.

Backed by Window Seat Films and Reliance Entertainment, the series boasts a stellar cast featuring Aditi Rao Hydari, Avinash Tiwary, and Arjun Rampal, each bringing their own depth to this intricate love story.

Imtiaz Ali will serve as the Creator, Writer, Showrunner, and Executive Producer, sharing production duties with Mohit Choudhary. Meanwhile, directing responsibilities will be handled by Arif Ali, known for his work on the Netflix series She. With such an impressive team behind it, O Saathi Re is shaping up to be a must-watch drama.

Sharing his vision for the film, Imtiaz Ali shared, “O Saathi Re surprised me at every turn of its development. It is a modern story with a vintage heart, an enchanted fairy tale set in the fiasco of Metropolitan life. I feel both relieved and excited at having Arif direct the stellar cast of Avinash Aditi and Arjun (All Aces there) and it is the ever-strengthening relationship with Netflix that enabled us to enter the deceptively charming world of O Saathi Re."

Set to begin production by the end of this month, O Saathi Re promises to be a poignant journey into the essence of timeless love in today’s modern world. Aditi Rao Hydari was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Heeramandi, while Avinash Tiwary is recently seen in The Mehta Boys along with Boman Irani. Arjun Rampal is gearing up for his next after his last performance in Rana Naidu Season 2.
