Actor Rajpal Yadav's father, Naurang Yadav, passed away in Delhi early on Friday morning. Although Rajpal's team has not yet issued an official statement, it is believed that his father had been unwell for a few days.

At the time of his father's passing, Rajpal was reportedly in Thailand for a shoot but immediately rushed back to Delhi to be with his family. Naurang Yadav was admitted to AIIMS in Delhi, where he passed away.

Rajpal Yadav had often expressed his deep love and respect for his father. In 2018, he shared a heartfelt post on social media with a picture of his father. He wrote, "My father has been the biggest driving force in my life. If it wasn't for your belief in me, I would not be where I am today. Thank you for being my father, I love you." This post showed the strong bond they shared.

Earlier this week, Rajpal Yadav had been in the news for receiving threat emails. The police had reported that the emails contained warnings about his recent activities and urged him to take the message seriously. The email claimed that it was not a publicity stunt or an attempt to harass him but something of greater importance that should be handled with care.

On the professional front, Rajpal Yadav was last seen in the film Baby John, a Hindi remake of the Tamil movie Theri, starring Thalapathy Vijay. The film also features Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi in important roles.
