Aamir Khan pays tribute to Indian Armed Forces for Operation Sindoor': 'Saluting the heroes of..'

Following Operation Sindoor, launched in response to the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26, Aamir Khan's production house has paid tribute to the Indian Armed Forces. The company joined others in honoring the military’s efforts and sacrifices during the strategic strike.

Aamir Khan Productions honoured the Indian Army men and thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his leadership throughout the operation in a post posted on its official Instagram page.

In the wake of Operation Sindoor, a strategic military offensive that targeted nine terrorist bases throughout Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir in response to the deadly Pahalgam terror attack that claimed 26 lives, Aamir Khan's production company has become the most recent to pay tribute to the Indian Armed Forces.

Aamir Khan Productions honoured the Indian Army men and thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his leadership throughout the operation in a post posted on its official Instagram page.

The post read, "Saluting the heroes of Operation Sindoor. Heartfelt gratitude to our armed forces for their courage, bravery and unwavering commitment to the security of our nation. Thank you to the Hon'ble Prime Minister for his leadership and resolve. Jai Hind. "

Amid escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, Bollywood icon Aamir Khan addressed the recent Pahalgam attack during a media interaction. Expressing concern, he emphasized the need for India to have firm assurances that such tragic incidents will not recur in the future.

During an ABP event held recently, Aamir said, "We need justice and assurance that it (terrorist attacks) won’t happen again. We believe in our government, they’ll take actions against the anti-social elements who committed this and bring them to justice."

In light of the current situation, Aamir also postponed the trailer launch event of his upcoming film Sitaare Zameen Par which was supposed to be held on May 8.

Several other celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Kareena Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor, Raveena Tondon, Varun Dhawan and others expressed their gratitude to the Indian Army and the Government following Operation Sindoor.
