The 2025 American Music Awards (AMAs) have officially announced their nominees, with K-pop stars making a strong showing once again.
The nominations are based on “key fan interactions” recorded on the Billboard charts—this includes streaming numbers, album and song sales, radio airplay, and tour revenues.
BLACKPINK’s Rosé received two nominations this year. Her chart-topping collaboration with Bruno Mars, titled APT., earned a nod in the Collaboration of the Year category. The song faces tough competition from:
Luther – Kendrick Lamar & SZA
Die With A Smile – Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars
Miles on It – Marshmello & Kane Brown
I Had Some Help – Post Malone ft. Morgan Wallen
Fortnight – Taylor Swift ft. Post Malone
Rosé is also nominated in the Favourite K-Pop Artist category. Joining her in the lineup are:
ATEEZ
BTS’ Jimin
BTS’ RM Stray Kids
This year’s AMAs will be held live from Las Vegas on May 26, airing at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
All awards are determined through fan voting, which is now open at the [official AMAs website](https://www.theamas.com) and their Instagram profile. Fans can cast their votes until May 15 at 11:59 p.m. PT.
Jennifer Lopez returns as the host and is also set to deliver a live performance—marking her second time hosting after 2015.
