Addressing a public gathering in Etawah, the PM said, "...'Modi rahe na rahe desh hamesha rahega'. What is Congress & SP doing? Banerjee called upon Prime Minister Narendra Modi to stop "shedding crocodile tears" as the "conspiracy hatched by the saffron party" has come to the fore with the unravelling of a recent sting.
"Did anyone ever imagine that BJP would stoop so low that it would spread canards on Sandeshkhali? Don't dishonour the mothers of West Bengal by leveling such heinous allegations. Don't dare try to disrespect women of the state by offering them money to level false allegations against our party," Banerjee said.

He added that after the first two phases of the general elections in the country, Narendra Modi has hit a century and was moving forward towards getting over 400 seats.
"Over 50,000 people have gathered here. This shows that the entire Andhra Pradesh is with PM Modi and Chandrababu Naidu. NDA alliance is going to sweep (elections) here. INDI alliance will not even get a single seat in Andhra Pradesh..." observed Shah.
