The Combined State/Upper Subordinate Services (Preliminary) Examination-2024 was conducted on December 22, 2024.

A total of 576,154 candidates had applied online for this examination. In the first session, 243,111 candidates appeared, while 241,359 candidates appeared in the second session.

Based on the preliminary exam results, 15,066 candidates have been declared successful for the Main Examination, against 947 vacancies.
