Candidates who submitted successful applications for the posts of Traffic Supervisor Trainee (TST) and Mechanical Supervisor Trainee (MST) can access their admit cards through the official recruitment portal.

According to the official notification, the hall ticket window opened at 8:00 AM and will remain accessible to candidates until midnight on March 28, 2026. The recruitment drive aims to fill 198 vacancies within the department. The written examination is scheduled to take place on March 29, 2026 (Sunday), and will be conducted in two distinct shifts to accommodate the number of applicants.

Candidates must note the following timings for the exam day:

  • Morning Session: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Afternoon Session: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

To obtain the hall ticket, candidates should follow these simple steps:

Step 1. Go to the TSLPRB official web address: tgprb.in.

Step 2. On the homepage, find and click on the link labeled “TST & MST Hall Ticket 2026” or the latest admit card notification.

Step 3. Enter your registration number, date of birth, and the security code as displayed on the screen.

Step 4. Once the details appear on screen, verify the information. Click the download button and save the PDF file.

Step 5. Take a clear printout of the hall ticket for presentation on the day of the examination.

Important Instructions for Candidates

The TSLPRB has issued a strict set of guidelines regarding the admit card and conduct during the exam:

  • The board will not dispatch physical hall tickets via post. A printed copy of the digitally downloaded admit card is mandatory for entry.
  • Candidates must paste a recent, passport-size photograph in the designated space on the printed hall ticket.
  • Applicants are advised to arrive at their designated exam center at least one hour prior to the commencement of the exam to complete security checks. Latecomers will not be permitted entry.
  • Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, or any other electronic gadgets are strictly banned inside the examination hall.
  • Candidates are only allowed to carry a black or blue ballpoint pen along with the printed hall ticket.
