
The Telangana Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (TG EAPCET) 2026 has commenced on February 19, 2026. Aspiring candidates can submit their applications online through the official website, eapcet.tgche.ac.in, with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) serving as the convening authority for this year's examination.
The TG EAPCET serves as the gateway for admissions into undergraduate professional courses, including B.E., B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, Pharm-D, B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture, and other allied programmes offered at universities and private affiliated colleges across Telangana for the academic year 2026-27.

Both examinations will be conducted in two sessions daily — from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Registration fee structure
The application fee varies based on the candidate's category and choice of streams:
For E or AP stream (single stream): Rs 900 for General candidates; Rs 500 for SC/ST/PH candidates
For both E & AP streams: Rs 1,800 for General candidates; Rs 1,000 for SC/ST/PH candidates
Candidates who opt for late submission can pay the applicable late fee along with the registration amount through TGOnline centres in Telangana or via online payment modes, including credit card, debit card, and net banking.
Eligibility criteria
Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet the prescribed eligibility requirements:
Nationality: Applicants must be Indian nationals or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card holders. They should also satisfy the local or non-local status requirements as per Telangana state norms.
Educational qualification: For engineering and related courses, candidates should have passed or be appearing for the final year of Intermediate (10+2) with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology as optional subjects. For agriculture and pharmacy streams, the required subject combinations vary by course.
Age requirements: For B.E./B.Tech and B.Pharmacy courses, candidates must have completed 16 years of age as on December 31, 2026, with no upper age limit. For B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Ag. Engineering), and agriculture courses, the minimum age is 17 years with an upper limit of 22 years (25 years for SC/ST candidates).
Minimum marks: General category candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in the specified subjects, while reserved category candidates need 40% marks.

Candidates are advised to choose their examination zone carefully, as once selected and submitted, the zone cannot be changed even during the application correction window.
For B.Arch aspirants, a separate notification will be issued, and candidates are advised to take the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
