RRB has released the NTPC UG 2025 city intimation slip at rrbapply.gov.in. It includes exam city, date, and shift details. Admit cards will be issued 4 days before the exam.

The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the City Intimation Slip for the RRB NTPC Undergraduate (UG) 2025 Computer-Based Test (CBT 1). Candidates who applied for posts under CEN 06/2024 can now access their exam city details by visiting the official website www.rrbapply.gov.in or through the login portal at www.rrb.digialm.com.

The city intimation slip, released on 29 July 2025, informs candidates about the city and date of their CBT 1 exam. This information helps candidates plan travel and accommodation in advance. However, the slip is not an admit card and cannot be used to enter the exam hall.

Exam Schedule and Posts

The RRB NTPC UG CBT 1 exam is scheduled to be conducted from 7 August to 8 September 2025. The exam will fill 11,558 vacancies under the undergraduate category. Of these, 3,445 posts are for candidates who have passed Class 12. The roles include:

  • Commercial cum Ticket Clerk
  • Accounts Clerk cum Typist
  • Junior Clerk cum Typist
  • Train Clerk

How to Download the RRB NTPC UG 2025 City Intimation Slip
  1. Visit the official website – www.rrbapply.gov.in.
  2. Click on the “CEN 06/2024 (NTPC-UG)” link.
  3. You will be redirected to the login page (either Digialm or your regional RRB).
  4. Enter your registration number and password/date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY).
  5. Click on “Login” to view and download your city intimation slip.

Admit Card Release

The e-call letter (admit card) will be made available four days before each candidate’s exam date. To download the admit card, candidates must use the same login credentials they used for the city slip, their registration number and password or date of birth.

Exam Shifts

The CBT 1 exam will be held in three shifts daily. Each shift will last 1 hour and 30 minutes. Exact shift timing will be mentioned in the admit card.

Candidates are advised to regularly check www.rrbapply.gov.in for updates related to the examination and admit card.
