PPC 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's popular annual event, Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC), is back this year with a fresh format and an exciting list of guests to inspire students preparing for their board exams. The event will be held on 10 February 2025, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi in a town hall style, creating a lively and interactive space for students, teachers, and parents.

This year, PPC will feature well-known faces from different fields, including Bollywood stars like Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey, and Bhumi Pednekar; boxing champion Mary Kom; Paralympic gold medallist Avani Lekhara; nutritionist Rujuta Divekar; educator Sonali Sabharwal; social media influencer FoodPharmer; tech expert Technical Guruji; and financial advisor Radhika Gupta. These personalities will join PM Modi to share their experiences and offer practical advice to help students deal with exam stress and perform their best.

Since it started in 2018, Pariksha Pe Charcha has become a nationwide movement, turning exam stress into a celebration of learning. The initiative has seen incredible growth, with the 8th edition in 2025 receiving a record 3.56 crore registrations—a huge increase from the 2.26 crore registrations in the previous edition.

To make this movement even stronger, a series of fun and engaging activities were held in schools across the country from 12 January 2025 (National Youth Day) to 25 January 2025 (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti). These activities saw participation from 1.42 crore students, 12.81 lakh teachers, and 2.94 lakh schools. Students took part in traditional games like Kho-Kho and Kabaddi, short marathons, creative meme competitions, street plays (Nukkad Natak), and poster-making. Yoga and meditation sessions were also organised to help students relax and stay focused.

Over the years, the event has adapted to different situations, like moving online during the COVID-19 pandemic. The fifth, sixth, and seventh editions returned to the town hall format at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi, continuing the tradition of providing a platform for meaningful conversations.

As the 8th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha approaches, the new format and the inclusion of inspiring personalities promise to make this year's event even more impactful. By addressing exam stress and promoting a healthy approach to education, PPC continues to encourage students to see learning as a joyful and empowering experience.
