The Regional Language Test (RLT) is a crucial stage in the selection process. It will be conducted from 24 to 27 February 2025, with two sessions each day at 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM. The test aims to assess candidates’ proficiency in the regional language of the state or zone they have applied for. The test is of a qualifying nature, meaning candidates must pass it to be considered for final selection, but no marks will be allotted.

The final selection will be based on candidates’ performance in the Phase 2 (Main Examination) and their qualification in the Regional Language Test. Appearing for the RLT does not guarantee selection.

The NICL recruitment process for Assistant posts began on 24 October 2024 and ended on 11 November 2024. This recruitment drive aims to fill 500 Assistant positions. Candidates can check further details on the official website of NICL.
