NEET 2025 Cut Off Marks: Check Category wise List here

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially declared the NEET UG 2025 results. Along with the results, the cut-off scores for various categories have also been released. These cut-offs indicate the minimum qualifying marks that candidates must secure to be eligible for further admission and counselling processes.

The NEET qualifying percentile remains fixed each year:

General/Unreserved: 50th percentile

SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile

General-PwD: 45th percentile

SC/ST/OBC-PwD: 40th percentile

However, the actual qualifying scores in terms of raw marks vary depending on exam difficulty and candidate performance in a particular year.

Candidates scoring equal to or more than the respective category-wise cut-off marks are eligible to participate in the counselling process conducted by MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) for the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats. Similarly, state counselling bodies will conduct admissions for 85% of state quota seats based on local eligibility rules and reservation norms.
