For Class I, a child must be at least 6 years old but must not have turned 8 years old as of March 31, 2026. Children born on April 1 are also considered eligible.

For Balvatika, the admission is divided into three levels based on age:

  • Balvatika II: 4 to 5 years.
  • Balvatika III: 5 to 6 years.

Steps to apply for KVS Admission 2026:

Additionally, reservations are in place for SC (15%), ST (7.5%), and OBC (27%) categories. Priority is given to children of transferable central government employees, defense personnel, and ex-servicemen.
