JAC Delhi Counselling 2025: Round 2 Registration Opens for One Day at jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in

The Joint Admission Committee (JAC) Delhi has opened the registration window for Round 2 of its counselling process for the 2025 academic session. The window is open only for one day, on 19 June 2025 (Thursday), from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM, through the official website jacdelhi.admissions.nic.in.

This one-day opportunity is meant for candidates who did not register earlier. Such candidates can now complete both registration and choice filling. Those who already registered in Round 1 are allowed to edit or modify their choices.

What Happens After Registration?

Once the Round 2 registration and choice filling ends, the next step will be the verification of Defence, Kashmiri Migrant (KM), and Bonus Points for newly registered candidates. This is scheduled for 20 June 2025 (Friday), and candidates must report by 9:00 AM. The seat allotment result for Round 2 will be declared on 24 June 2025 (Tuesday).

Reporting and Document Verification

Candidates who are allotted a seat in Round 2 must physically report to the allotted institute after paying the seat acceptance fee. Failing to do so will lead to cancellation of admission.

The physical reporting schedule is as follows:

• 25 June 2025 (Wednesday): For Delhi region candidates under GEN, OBC, SC and ST categories.
• 26 June 2025 (Thursday): For Delhi region EWS category, sub-categories (SG, CW, KM, PD), and all categories from the Outside Delhi region.
• Reporting time on both days is between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

Freezing and Withdrawal Options

Candidates satisfied with their allotted seat and not seeking any upgradation can use the seat freezing option through their login. The deadline for freezing is 26 June 2025 (up to 10:30 PM).

Those who wish to withdraw from the counselling process entirely can do so online until 8 July 2025 (10:30 PM). However, once withdrawn, they will not be considered for further rounds, except for the Spot Round, if it is held.

Candidates who have already verified their documents and secured provisional admission do not need to report again in future rounds. If a candidate’s seat is upgraded in the next round, there is no need to report again at the upgraded institute.
