The Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will announce the results for the Company Secretaries (CS) Executive and Professional Programme examinations today, August 25, 2025. Candidates who appeared for the tests held in June can access and download their scorecards from the institute's official portal, www.icsi.edu.

As per the official schedule, the ICSI CS June 2025 Result will go live on the website at 2:00 PM. The declaration brings an end to the anxious wait for thousands of aspirants across the country.

Step 1. Go to the official ICSI website: www.icsi.edu.

Step 2. On the homepage, find and click on the prominent notification that says "CS Executive & Professional Programme Results - June 2025".

Step 3. You will be directed to a secure login page. Carefully enter your Roll Number/Registration Number and the required Password/PIN.

Step 4. Click the 'Submit' button. Your detailed scorecard will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5. Review your name, roll number, and subject-wise marks. Download the PDF version of your result and take a printout for all future academic and professional purposes.

The digital mark sheet provided by ICSI is comprehensive. It includes:

• Candidate's Name and Roll Number
• Programme (Executive or Professional)
• Session (June 2025)
• Subject-wise marks obtained
• Overall result status (Pass/Fail)

The institute has clarified that it will not be sending physical mark sheets by post. The e-Result-cum-Marks Statement available for download is the final and authentic document.
