The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the Round 1 seat allotment result for COMEDK UGET 2025 counselling. Candidates can now check their allotment status by visiting the official website comedk.org and logging in with their application number and password.

Seat Acceptance Deadline

Candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round 1 must accept their allotment before 4 PM on August 1. Those who are satisfied with their seat can report to their respective colleges between July 28 and August 1.

Cancellation Window

COMEDK has also opened a cancellation window for those who wish to withdraw their allotment. This window is open from July 28 to August 4. Students opting for cancellation should complete the process within this period.

Reporting Requirements

Students who accept a seat must report to the allotted college as per the counselling schedule. They should carry all necessary documents, including:

  • Original photo ID proof
  • Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets
  • Class 12 or 2nd PUC admit card
  • COMEDK UGET 2025 hall ticket
  • Caste or category certificate (if applicable for SC/ST/OBC)
  • OCI/PIO documents (if applicable)

Failing to report on time may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

Seat Allotment Choices

Based on the allotment result, candidates can choose from the following options:

  • Accept and Freeze: Finalise the current seat and report to the college.
  • Accept and Upgrade: Accept the current seat and wait for a higher-preference seat in future rounds.
  • Reject and Upgrade: Decline the current seat and wait for a higher preference.
  • Reject and Withdraw: Exit from the counselling process altogether.

The COMEDK UGET 2025 exam was conducted in two phases on May 10 and May 25. The second phase was organised for students who faced issues at exam centres due to Operation Sindoor, regional blackouts, or power outages.

Candidates are advised to check the official website regularly for updates on further rounds of counselling.
