The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) will close the registration process for the INI CET January 2026 session today, October 21, 2025. Candidates who wish to apply for the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) for admission to postgraduate medical courses can do so through the official website aiimsexams.ac.in.

The examination will be held for admission to MD, MS, M.Ch. (6 years), DM (6 years), MDS, and MD (Hospital Administration) programmes for the January 2026 session.

How to Apply for AIIMS INI-CET January 2026

1. Visit the official website of AIIMS at aiimsexams.ac.in.
2. On the homepage, click on the ‘Academic Courses’ tab and select the ‘INI-CET’ link.
3. Enter your registration details and submit.
4. Fill in the application form carefully.
5. Pay the application fee and submit the form.
6. Download and print the confirmation page for future use.

All applicants must enter their basic details in the One Time Registration (OTR) system. It is recommended that the details be verified using DigiLocker, although it is not mandatory.

The AIIMS INI-CET January 2026 exam is scheduled for November 9, 2025, and the admit card will be made available on November 1, 2025. Candidates are advised to complete their registration before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
