Rajoo Engineers Ltd.

Rajoo Engineers Limited was originally incorporated on 8th December,
 1986 under the name and style of Rajoo Engineers Pvt. Ltd. at
 Manavdar and was subsequently converted into public limited company
 vide special resolution passed on 25th April, 1992 and a certificate
 to that effect was obtained from the office of Registrar of companies
 on 11th May, 1992.
 
 The company is engaged in manufacturing of plastic processing
 machinery.  These machinery are used for extrusion processing of
 various thermoplastic raw materials into compoundings such as
 profiles, pipes, blown films, etc., 
 
 The company is promoted by Chandrakant Nanalal Doshi, Rajesh Nanalal
 Doshi and Jayantilal Parsottam Aghera.
