Hitech Orgochem Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Company was
 incorporated on 5th May, 1992 as a Public Limited Clompany with the
 Registrar of Companies at Ahmedabad, in the State of Gujarat with the
 main object to carry on the business of manufacturing of Chemicals,
 Fine Chemicals and other Petrochemicals.
 
 The immediate object of the company is to set up a unit to
 manufacture Formldhyde and Hexamine with an installed capacity of
 20,000 MT P.A. and
 1,500 MT P.A. respectively.
 
 Promoters
 The Company has been mainly promoted by Mr. N.Gopinath.
