 Refinning Private Ltd on 5th May 1967 & converted into a public
 company on 17th January 1969.
 
 The company carries on the business of refining blending, processing
 selling & distribution of petroleum & other oils & chemicals by
 products & derivatives.
 
 The company has technical collaboration agreement with Witco
 Chemicals Corporation U.S.A.
