Our Company was incorporated under the Companies Act on April 5, 2007
 and received the certificate for commencement of business on April
 27, 2007 from the RoC. Our Company has not changed its name since its
 incorporation. Further, there has been no change in the activities
 being carried out by our Company since its incorporation. 
  
 As on the date of this Red Herring Prospectus, the total number of
 holders of Equity Shares is 11,551.  
  
 Our Company is not operating under any injunction or restraining
 order. 
  
 For further details in relation to our business including description
 of our activities, services, market of each segment, our growth,
 profits due to foreign operations, if any, technology, market,
 managerial competence and capacity built-up, our standing with
 reference to our prominent competitors.

 District Gautam Budh Nagar, Noida 201 304, Uttar Pradesh, India.
 There has been no change in our Registered and Corporate Office,

 There have been no changes in the activities of our Company since
 incorporation, which may have had a material effect on our profits or
 loss, including discontinuance of our lines of business, loss of
 agencies or markets and similar factors.
 
 2011
 
 - Appointed Shri Manoj Gaur as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the
 Company w.e.f. May 07, 2011.   He continues to be the Chief Executive
 Officer of the Company.
 
 2012
 
 - Yamuna Expressway Inaugurated on 9th August, 2012.
 
 - The Company at its meeting held on May 17, 2012,  has recommended
 Final Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each
 amounting to Rs. 69.45 crores for the year 2011-12 excluding Dividend
 Distribution Tax of Rs. 11.27 crores which is in addition to Interim
 Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each already paid
 in November, 2011.
 
 2013
 
 -Jaypee Infratech appointed has a K.P. Nair as a Nominee Director.
 
 -Board recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share.
 
 2014
 
 - Jaypee Infratech appointed has a Smt. Sunita Mathur and Shri V.K.
 Verma as a Practising Company Secretaries.
