The company was incorporated on 29th Sep, 1986.
 It manufactures corn Derivatives including liquid Glucose,
 Dextrose Monohydrate, Dextrose Anhydrous Maltodexlin, Modified
 starch, Refined corn Oil etc.
 
 The company has been promoted in the Joint Sector by Ferro
 Alloys Corporation Limited and the Pradeshiya Industrial and
 Investment Corporation of U.P. limited.
 
 The company had set up the project for the processing of 100
 tonnes per day of corn in technical collaboration with starcosa,
 GmbH, West Germany,for the manufacture of corn Derivatives.
