The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on the  10th 
 February. 1992 and registered with  the Registrar  of the Companies,
 Delhi & Haryana at New Delhi. The Certificate for Commencement  of 
 Business was  obtained on the  16th  March,1992.
 
 2003
 -Mr N P Jhanwar appointed as Managing Director of the company.
 
 2010
 
 - The Company name has been changed from Indo Texprints (Overseas)
 Ltd to Haryana Texprints (Overseas) Ltd.
 
 2011
 -Appointment of Shri Aditya Maheshwari as C.F.O. of the Company.     
                               
 
 2012
 -Ms. Jaspreet Kaur Virdi has been appointed as Company Secretary of
 the Company.
 
 2013
 -Haryana Texprints (Overseas) Ltd has recommended a Dividend at the
 rate of Rs. 0.085 per Share having face value of Re. 1 each.
 
 2015
 -Haryana Texprints (Overseas) Ltd has recommended dividend of 10%
 (Re. 0.10 paise per share) for the financial year 2014-15 on the
 nominal value of Rs. 1/- per share.
