 1989 - The company was incorporated as a private limited company on
        27th June, and converted into a Public Limited Company on
 16th
        July, 1993.
 
 1994 - The company came out with a Public Issue which opened on 12th
        July and closed on 14th July to-finance it's Xee Mail Project.
  
 
      - The company had undertaken the project of setting up an
        Electronic Service Network which has been commissioned.
 
 1995 - The E-mail project has been successfully commissioned during
 the
        current financial year.  The project was delayed by 7 months
 due
        to delay in allotment of leased lines from the Department of
        Telecommunications.  Upto March 1995, six nodes had been
        commissioned.
 
      - The paidup share capital of the company increased from
        Rs.3,60,20,000/- to Rs. 12,60,13,000/- by issue and allotment
        of 89,99,300 equity shares of Rs. 10/-each fully paid at par
        on 10.09.1994 following Public Issue.
 
      - Datapro Electronics Private Limited (DEPL), vide Agreement
 dated
        were commissioned to undertake designing and building of a
        complete X.400 based network comprising 8 cities - which has
 been
        duly commissioned.
 
 1996 - R&D Department was established during the financial year. 
 R&D
        developed a Xee-Mail Application Programme Interface (XAPI)
 which
        provided facility to interface Xee-mail communication
 software
        with customer's Business Applications.
 
      - R&D also developed CC Mail and MS Mail Gateways, which
 provided
        corporate clients using these mailing systems in their office
 to
        communicate with outside world through Xee-Mail backbone.
 
      - R&D department also developed software for a new value added
        service called CYBERASCENT.
 
 1997 -  Datapro Information Technology Ltd has introduced XAPI, an
         E-mail enabled application, targeted at multi-locational
         organisations.
 
       - The company has signed an MoU with the Magic Software
         enterprises to set up 100 per cent export oriented unit in
         Pune.
 
       - Datapro Information Technology Ltd. has launched a campaign
 to
         offer free E-mail addresses to students, alumni and their
         families from over 130 Datapro Education Centres around the
         country.
 
 1998 - Mr. Rajiv Arora, Chairman and Managing Director, Datapro
        Infoworld Ltd, has been appointed Chairman of the Internet
        Service Providers Association of India (ISPAI).
 
      - Datapro is exploring further tie-up possibilities in the US,
        where it is all set to launch its newly-developed Infoworld
 is
        part of Datapro group of companies.
 
 1999 - Datapro is lunching three products at Envision - the Visio
        Developer Conference and the Microsoft Conference slated to
 be
        held in Chicago during March.
 
      - Datapro has six lines of businesses under three companies --
        Datapro Infotech Ltd (DIL) Datapro Electronics Private Ltd
 (DEPL)
        and Datapro Information Technology Ltd (DITL).
 
 2000 - Datapro, leading computer education provider, has entered into
 a
        tie-up with e-Vyapar Info Solutions for the launch of
 specialised
        e-commerce courses that are being targeted at the chief
 executive
        officers, entrepreneurs and students.
 
        - The Board of directors has approved, subject to necessary
 approvals,
           to split the each fully paid-up equity share of the company
 of Rs. 10 
           each in to five equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
 
 2001 
 
 -Datapro entered the e-business and CRM solutions market through a
 tie-up with Multiactive Software Inc., a developer of unified
 customer relatioship management and e-business software.
 
 2002
 
 -Datapro tie-up with SRMS.
