Skoda Auto Volkswagen India today announced the addition of the legendary British brand, Bentley, as the sixth marque under its umbrella after Skoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Lamborghini and Porsche.
All marketing, sales and after-sales operations of the luxury British brand will be conducted under a newly established entity, Bentley India, a group company of Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd (SAVWIPL) that will oversee the brand's India strategy and retail network. Abbey Thomas has been appointed as the Brand Director of Bentley India.
Bentley India will have three new dealer partners across key cities, starting with Bengaluru and Mumbai, followed by New Delhi.
SAVWIPL started exclusively importing, distributing and servicing Bentley vehicles across the country from July 1.
Bentley's global portfolio includes models like the Bentayga, Flying Spur and Continental GT.
According to VAHAN data, Bentley sold 22 units in India in 2022, 61 units in 2023 and 64 units in 2024. In 2025 so far, it has sold 21 units.

Headquartered in Pune, SAVWIPL manages the Indian operations of six brands -- Skoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini and Porsche. The brand has two manufacturing facilities in India, one in Chakan (Pune) and the other in Shendra (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, formerly known as Aurangabad).
