SuperOps, an AI-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managed service providers (MSPs) and internal IT teams, announced the India launch of its Agentic AI Marketplace. It is a platform designed to make autonomous AI agents accessible to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT teams.
Developed in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the marketplace will open in beta this September, giving IT professionals an ecosystem to deploy ready-to-use AI agents and enabling developers to publish, share, and monetise their creations.
"This is a defining moment for the IT industry," said Arvind Parthiban, CEO and co-founder of SuperOps. "With our Agentic AI Marketplace, we're making AI real, useful, and scalable for MSPs. Our collaboration with AWS brings the infrastructure and reach we need to empower IT teams, especially in India, to innovate with confidence".
The marketplace aims to transform day-to-day IT operations, from ticket triage and alert remediation to client onboarding, by offering smart, pre-built agents that can handle repetitive workflows autonomously.
To fuel adoption and innovation, SuperOps is also rolling out two initiatives - SuperOps Agentic AI Community which is a collaborative forum for MSPs, IT leaders, and developers to share insights, learn, and shape the evolution of agentic AI. The second being SuperHack Hackathon, which is a global developer challenge inviting participants to create autonomous AI agents for real-world IT use cases.
Winning projects will be featured in the marketplace, with prizes from a Rs 8 crore pool.
Developers, MSPs, and IT professionals can join the Agentic AI Community now, either to participate in the SuperHack Hackathon or mentor competing teams.
Founded in 2020 by Parthiban and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, SuperOps.ai simplifies the IT management process and workflow of managed service providers (MSPs) on a single, unified platform.
The firm operates in the $280-billion MSP industry which is dominated by small and medium-sized businesses. It enables clients to move away from fragmented tools by bringing together the capabilities of remote monitoring and management of client assets with professional services automation functionalities.
In January 2025, SuperOps raised $25 million in a Series C funding round led by March Capital, with participation from Addition and Z47.
