Hazaribagh, Nov 6 (PTI) Jharkhand Deputy Chief Minister and AJSU president Sudesh Mahto today claimed that the state has fallen short of development when compared to Uttarakhand and Chhatisgarh, which were also created at about the same time. Comparing development works in the three states, he said, "In spite of having all the resources, Jharkhand could not prosper due to lack of dynamic leadership," Mahto said. But he quickly added that in coalition governments it is difficult to take bold decisions on developmental issues. Addressing a party meeting at the Hazaribagh stadium here, Mahto said, "With this sort of huge turnout there is no reason to feel why AJSU party would not form the next government in Jharkhand on its own instead of depending on support of coalition partners and take the state on the right track of development."
