The Brazilian crop supply agency lifted its forecast for sugar production in the country`s cane belt by 2.32 million tonnes, citing dry weather and the large amount of cane left over from last season. Conab forecast total Brazilian sugar production at 39.96 million tonnes, up from 33.49 million tonnes in the previous season.By: Skymetweather.com
