Jones Lang LaSalle's report Pulse provides a half yearly review of India's Office Real Estate market. The data reveals that activity remained relatively subdued in this segment in 1H12 as compared to 1H11, in the top seven cities of India. Supply fell by 52% during the period while rents and capital values appreciated marginally.
